The maintenance contract includes:
Visits once or twice per year by our gardening team, in order to:
- Weed,
- Verify the irrigation system, test for leaks,
- Verify the programmers and change the batteries,
- Change any defective parts.

However, we must decline all responsibility in the case of flooding, damage caused by freezing, theft, fire, domestic or wild animals, or vandalism.

Date of visit(s): to be agreed upon between April and October (to avoid risk of freezing), and according to the weather.


The amount includes:
- Labor.
- Lodging, transportation and meals for our gardening team.
- Replacement and supply of defective parts for the duration of the annual contract.
